I’m Tiffany, a midlife health and wellness coach with over 30 years of experience helping people unlock their full potential. I know firsthand that midlife isn’t about slowing down it’s about stepping into your power, rediscovering yourself, and creating a life where you feel strong, confident, and in control.
With a Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins and certifications in public health, ergonomics, nutrition, sleep, and health and wellness coaching, I bring a science-backed, holistic approach to well-being. But what truly sets me apart? I get it. I’ve faced my own share of challenges, navigated life’s unexpected twists, and come out stronger, wiser, and with a great sense of humor. I know what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, feel stuck, or wonder, Is this all there is? and I’m here to tell you, it’s not.
Through a mix of practical strategies, compassionate support, and a little tough love when needed, I help midlife men and women tackle stress, burnout, weight management, sleep struggles, and emotional resilience.
